Install Anaconda as usual. After the install is done, close Anaconda and all instances of VS Code, PyCharm, or cmd windows -- No applications that could keep any file in use can be running. To be safe, you could just reboot your computer.


0) Goto http://www.nykl.net/conda/
1) Right click on test_env_644.zip -> Save As...

Save this file to C:\Users\user\miniconda3\envs

2) You should now have exactly this file at exactly this location:

(NOTE: "user" will be replaced with your username)

Save this file to C:\Users\user\miniconda3\envs\test_env_644.zip

3) Extract test_env_644.zip

4) After the extract, you should have exactly this file at exactly this location, if there is an extra "test_env_644" folder this will not work:

"C:\Users\user\miniconda3\envs\test_env_644\python.exe"
